Local notes

Send Accept-Language: vi-VN and use UTC+7. Vietnamese text uses many diacritics; make sure your parser keeps UTF-8 intact. Hanoi in the north and Ho Chi Minh City in the south differ in prices, delivery and local search, so target the city you study.
