Terms of Service

Draft for legal review. This document has not been approved by a lawyer yet and may change before launch.

Operator details (legal name, registration, address) will be added here before launch.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to Proxyron, its website, dashboard and proxy access. By creating an account or buying traffic, you accept them together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. The service

We sell prepaid access to a residential proxy network operated by a wholesale network supplier. Traffic flows directly between you and the supplier's gateways. We provide the account, purchase, delivery, usage and support functions.

3. Your account

You need a valid email address and must confirm it before buying. You are responsible for your password, your proxy credentials and everything done with them. Tell us promptly if you think they have been exposed; you can reset the proxy password in the dashboard at any time.

4. Purchases and prices

Prices are listed in US dollars. Each purchase is a one-time order for a set volume of traffic. If your card is charged in another currency, the amount and rate are shown before payment and fixed for that order. Payments are handled by a payment provider, and we do not receive card numbers. We may refuse or limit an order, for example when a purchase limit applies or the order needs review.

5. Delivery and traffic

A plan is created after the payment is confirmed. Delivery is automated, but it depends on the supplier and can be delayed or fail; in that case the order is handled manually or refunded under the Refund Policy. Traffic is measured by the supplier, and that measurement is the basis for your remaining balance. Bandwidth plans have no expiry date for as long as your account is in good standing and the service operates.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise a specific uptime, IP pool, location, speed or success rate. Locations can change. Residential connections can go offline at any time. Sales can be paused, and the site says so when they are.

7. Acceptable use and suspension

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the law that applies to you. We may suspend or block an account, without notice where needed, to deal with abuse, a legal requirement or a risk to the service. The Refund Policy says what happens to the remaining traffic.

8. Liability

Wording to be confirmed in legal review. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction will be set in legal review.
