Privacy Policy

Draft for legal review. This document has not been approved by a lawyer yet and may change before launch.

Operator details (legal name, registration, address) will be added here before launch.

What we collect

  • Account: email address, a password hash, language and notification settings.
  • Sessions: IP address and browser user agent of signed-in sessions, which you can review and end in the dashboard.
  • Orders: what you bought, amounts, statuses and references from the payment provider. Card numbers go to the payment provider and never reach us.
  • Proxy plans: proxy credentials, stored encrypted, and traffic volumes per plan.
  • Support and reports: your messages. Abuse reports also record the sender's IP address.
  • Visit counts: we count unique daily visitors with a salted hash of the IP address and user agent. The salted value changes daily, is not stored with the address itself, and involves no cookie.

What we do not collect

Proxy traffic does not pass through our servers, and we keep no logs of its content. The browser tools on this site work locally: the format converter and URL generator send nothing to us. The My IP tool looks up your address only to show it to you.

Why we use it

To provide the service, take payment, deliver plans, answer support, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal duties, and understand in aggregate how the site is used.

Who receives it

  • The payment provider, to take payment.
  • The wholesale network supplier, which runs the proxy network. Plans are created under generated usernames, without your email address.
  • Service providers for hosting and email delivery.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

A session cookie keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Local storage remembers your theme and your cookie choice.

No third-party analytics runs on this site at present. If that changes, it will load only after you accept it in a cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Retention periods will be set in legal review. We keep account and order records for as long as the account is active and as accounting law requires, and we remove the rest when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Write to support@proxyron.com. We may need to keep some records to meet legal duties.

Changes

We will post any change here, and tell account holders by email if it is material.
