Acceptable Use Policy

Operator details (legal name, registration, address) will be added here before launch.

Purpose

Proxyron is for lawful business and technical work, such as market research, price and SEO monitoring, ad verification, testing, and collecting public data. These rules apply to everyone using our proxies, including anyone you give access to.

Forbidden use

  • Unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, including credential stuffing, password guessing, exploiting vulnerabilities, and unauthorized scanning.
  • Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging by any channel, including email, messengers, forms and comments.
  • Fraud of any kind: phishing, payment or card fraud, ad and click fraud, fake accounts or reviews created to deceive, and impersonation.
  • Attacks such as denial of service, or traffic volumes that harm a target service.
  • Distributing malware or operating botnets or command-and-control systems.
  • Content or activity that is illegal where you or the target are.
  • Collecting personal data without a lawful basis, stalking or harassment.
  • Reselling access without our written agreement.

This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure about a use, ask before you start: support@proxyron.com.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what is done with your credentials, for following the law that applies to you and to the target, and for following the terms of the sites you access. Keep your credentials private, and reset the password if they leak.

Supplier rules

The network is operated by a wholesale supplier, whose own rules also apply. If the supplier restricts or suspends access, we may have to do the same for the plans affected.

Complaints

Anyone can report abuse through the contact page or by email to abuse@proxyron.com. Please include the date and time with time zone, the IP address, the affected service, and evidence such as logs. Each report is recorded and reviewed by a person. We may ask for more details and may contact the customer concerned.

Enforcement

If we find or reasonably suspect a breach, we may warn you, pause a plan, or block the account, with or without notice depending on the risk. Serious cases can be reported to the authorities. What happens to the remaining traffic is covered in the Refund Policy.

Logs

Proxy traffic runs directly between you and the supplier's gateway and does not pass through our servers. We keep no logs of proxied traffic content. We do keep per-plan usage volumes and the account, order and session records described in the Privacy Policy, and we provide these to authorities only where the law requires it.
